1). Extreme Weather Package: Many of our product lines offer an optional Extreme Weather Package (EWP). This extra insulation dramatically increases our already high R-Values.

2). Two Types of Insulation: Our top selling Sunset Creek line provides both R-7 residential spun fiberglass insulation and also a Fome-Cor wrap. Fome-Cor provides extra insulation and is a moisture, sound, and wind barrier.

3) Enclosed Underbellies: Most of our product lines feature enclosed underbellies. This means our holding tanks are protected from the elements and they are heated.

Aluminum Frame Construction

SunnyBrook pioneered the Aluminum Superstructure over 17 years ago.

a). Our ultra-light structure means a smoother ride, less gas consumption, and a stronger body.
b). Our aluminum frame is strong, light, durable, and moisture and mold resistant.
c). Our stud placement is 16" on center (like home construction) for greater structural support.

Our Frames are "Glued and Screwed" for greater strength and more flexibility.

a). Some manufacturers weld their frames. Over time, as their RV's are subjected to more and more stress from those bumpy country roads, the welds can become brittle, break and fail!
b). We screw our frames together using brackets at each joint. (See picture right). We also use an extra strong sealant and adhesive, known as sikaflex, to ensure that the screws stay tight & in place.
c). Our ""Glued and Screwed" technique uses the same principle as airplane construction. Airplane manufacturers do not weld. They use rivets to allow for flexibility. They know that their planes will be subjected to a lot of turbulence and do not want to rely on welds which can break and fail over time.
